Hi m rutika 19 yrs oldm having facing a problem of mouth ulcers n they are occuring frequently n 2 3 are coming together n in different areas of mouth i hsve been taking renifol tablets but its not that effective

eating very hot,rough and coarse food,
using toothbrush with very hard bristles,
