Kindly visit a dentist who is MDS in Oral Medicine And Radiology branch of dentistry, to get accurate diagnosis.

You may have vit b complex deficiency or you need to take b complex. Avoid hot and spicy food. drink lots of water. You can take this med Tab rebagene -thrice a day for 7 days Cap lycostar -once a day after meals for10 days Betadine mouthwash -mix 10 ml of liquid in half glass of warm water rinse it for 1 min Am sure u will get relief. Before taking any med just check wether u are allergic to it.

Please visit an Oral Medicine specialist for your problem. Recurrent ulcers may occur as a result of certain systemic disorders like vitamin B, Folate, iron deficiencies,  allergic reactions, Arthritic problems, irregular bowel diseases etc. which should be ruled out. Also sometimes, steroids have to applied to those ulcerative areas for long term remission. Good luck and meep me posted.

I suggest you meet a dentist as soon as possible.  Until then avoid spicy and hot food. Use topical anaesthesia before food (they are easily available in medical stores). It is important to understand why these ulcers are occurring so frequently. So fix an appointment asap.

Hi..ulcers all over the mouth and deep down the throat may be due to many reasons..If you   would have mentioned the nature of the ulcer ...shape of it, colour, how the edges are (rolled out or in) , any pseudo membrane covering it , location of the ulcer , whether it is crusted , any projections r present from the margin ...etc etc ...These are the things a well experienced dentist will look on to see what is the cause in broad ..Further step it vil be sent to lab for culture or cytology. .since it seen in the throat also it may be  due vit B d3ficiency , iron deficiency , or due bacterial or viral infections ...If it's food allergy it will be seen throughout the body and if it's due chemical burn due to medication it  will not keep recurring until and unless you are  repeating the intake.
