Hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal your ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.

Hello This can be due to sharp teeth. Visit a dentist and ask him to trim sharp teeth and also try warm water and salt to reduce pain. Continue prescribed medications. This will take time but will help you. Also if there are habit of Chewing tobacco or drinking alcohol then stop it soon as possible. May be there is a wisdom tooth erupting and that is paining. If there is a wisdom tooth then I suggest you to get this extracted. Regards Dr. Purva Jingar BDS

The sharp tooth you mentioned needs to be recontoured to avoid repeated trauma. Visit dentist and get it done.
