Hi, this is not cancer right? This has been there for around 3 weeks. It is painful..      Thank you..

It's an apthus ulcer of minor variety caused due to stress or some stomach disturbance i.e constipation

It looks like Althouse ulcer. Apply dologel ct and leave it on for 20 minutes. Do this twice a day, for  4 days. Will settle

This is ulcer. Apply Kenacort ointment over ulcer for 3-4 times daily. This will heal.
