Both have different nutritive values. Tea is caffeine while plain milk doesn’t contain any caffeine. If you can explain the reason of consumption than it will be better to understand the significance of taking milk/ Tea. As you choose any food stuff as per your body constitution.

Milk tea and tea have different nutritional value and have different benefits. Milk tea may contain additional ingredients like sugar or flavourings which can increase the calorie content, it has caffeine and had diuretic effect which can offset the hydration benefits.Tea can also lead to hinderance in nutritional absorption Milk is a good source of calcium, vitamin D, vitaminB12, and also lead to hydration in body!! So milk is advisable instead of tea!!

Healthy morning ma’am, Based on nutritional analysis, it can seen that milk tea provides a lot of calories, giving the the body energy but very little benefits. When drinking milk tea, you receive two benefits: tea, especially green and black variety, contain a rich amount of antioxidants they enhance heart health and anti cancer effects, meanwhile, milk comes with with beneficial nutrients that contribute to growth and strength bone health.

Not at all..it does not have the same effect. Rather it nullifies the effect and nutrient absorption from milk, as it has tannins and phytins.
