I would like to increase my weight and maintain a BMI as per BMI I might come under  vey low/poor  side of the spectrum,thus  i need a proper well balanced diet sheet.

Boiled egg or scrambled egg to have for breakfast twice week. Dal, rice , green leafy vegetables, Paratha, nut , fruit and seed to have it for daily basis.
