Don't worry..it may be due to 1.Bite of your cheek accidentally while having food 2.By accidental pricking of your cheek by any food.
Next Steps
1.Apply Zytee ointment-2 to 3 times daily till it subsides down 2.Avoid biting on the lump for few days as biting will make you feel pain 3.Avoid having food in that side or stay carefully while having food.

Very small soft elevation,  same of gum colour, >>normal physiological structure. Nothing to worry about, at all. attach picture for confirmation. If you have cheek biting habit in that side of teeth, it can be normal tissue mass.  If that's interfering too much during chewing food or talking, needs to get excised.

It would be great if a picture can be attached . It can be a growth due to cheek bite or can be a concern due to underlying  problem .
Next Steps
just observe if you have cheek bite habit . if yes , then it can be an outcome of that . Keep an eye and see if there is any change in size , shape or color or any pain associate with it .  Till then , just relax and eat well .
