Lower LDL cholestrol

My LDLCHOLESTROL is slightly high (129.1). I want to lower it to below 100. Is it possible ? How to do the same ? Please suggest?

Try to change ur eating pattern. Include more fibre and include healthy fats like nuts and seeds. Exercise regularly for 30-40 min . Avoid ghee,butter, coconut oil and all processed and fried  foods.
