I have lower backpain. In MRI Anterolisthesis L4-L5 vertebrae Already treatment taken from physiotherapist. daily exercise karta hu fir bhi pain rehta he. Leg pain sometimes.

Listhesis at the age of 29....very sorry to know. You follow this 2 steps : 1. Consult a manual therapist & check S.I Joint....if it's stiff, then treating it, reduces listhesis 2. Do core & pelvic floor exercise. Good luck.

Only doing exercise is not the solution for your problem. To treat the root cause of your problem your vertebrae and disc need to be aligned by manual therapy techniques and then exercises to maintain them in their corrected position. Only exercises are not solution.

Hello, after going for physiotherapy treatment  if pain  present then give proper rest  to your body.
