Persistent lower backpain
I am having backache at the lower left side of my back, which was intermittent about 2-3 months ago, but is now persistent. Changing positions is particularly painful. A digital spine analysis revealed muscle imbalance, but could not continue with that line of treatment due to cost considerations. I work in IT, sit with a lumbar support mostly and avoid long sitting at a stretch. Could you suggest exercises to overcome my pain for good?

It is very common with IT professionals to develop back pain. The treatment is prolonged sometimes with lot of ergonomic changes required. And to be followed strictly. Not just exercises but some of the electro therapy instruments are also required to control the pain. Without proper recovery from pain,if you start exercise prematurely then it may increase the pain. I would suggest you make a physical consultation and take required modalities too. Also try to have patience. It might take more than 10-15 days. Exercises at least take one to one n half month to give strength n recovery. And required continuation. Posture correction is crucial. Please keep that in mind as well.
