Lower back pain
I have mild lower back pain for the past 10 days. I did heavy lifting exercises as a result of which I got backpain. How to cure it? Pain intensifies at times.

You should consult a physiotherapist in person to rule out the cause for your pain. You need complete assessment and treatment. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.

First visit to a nearby physiotherapy clinic 1. Do proper assessment & diagnosis under a senior sports physiotherapist 2. Follow his advice,  u have to do some rehabilitation programs beginning before u restart gym 3. U need to take myofacial trigger release,  chiropractic adjustment,  dry needling, muscle lengthening,  ift ,etc 4. Apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and do hot water fermentation twice a day. Maintain proper posture and take rest, do not bend forward/backward. The pain will reduce, if you dont see any improvelent then visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for 3 days.

Can take hot fomentation to your back. Have a proper back stretches to ease the tightness.
