Low vitD, RBC and high RDW-CV.

I have attached pictures. I have low RBC count, hematocrit, hemoglobin, MCV, mch, mchc and high RDW-CV. LDL is 120 mg/dL and and vitamin d 10.8 ng/ml.

You are a case of simple Iron Deficiency Anaemia. Your RBC count is normal. RDW is very close to normal range. Clinically not significant. You need Vit D3 supplements also.
