It is not a low platelet count. It is a normal variation of the platelet count. When you have no symptoms apart from eczema you should not be bothered about the 1.06 Lacs platelet count.

Low platelet count, or thrombocytopenia, can have several causes, including infections, immune reactions, or bone marrow disorders. In the context of a high eosinophil count, it may suggest an allergic or inflammatory process, possibly related to the eczema on your leg. The elevated mean platelet volume (MPV) might indicate that your body is producing new platelets to compensate for the lower count. A thorough history and further evaluation are necessary to pinpoint the cause. I recommend reaching out to me for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment.
