I am having heavy cold from yesterday and nose are blocked and could not smell anything but I can taste can this be covid ?

Yes. You are determined to get your name in the Guinness World records. But please get a RTPCR done.  If positive you may inform the State or District Health Authority. In my City most of the Diagnostic centres have stopped doing RTPCR Test because there is no workload. Frankly I have not seen any Covid +ve report in the News paper for a long time.
