General advice:
Maintain good posture, avoid prolonged sitting or standing.
Gentle stretching and daily walking help improve circulation.
Warm compress for muscle pain, cold compress for nerve pain.
Eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins & minerals.
Avoid smoking and excess alcohol.

If pain is worsening.
If associated with numbness, weakness, or difficulty walking.
