I did keto diet for about a month. Started getting huge hair loss after it. Is this normal? Can this be reversed? Is keto responsible?

Make a healthy lifestyle.70%diet and 30% exercise are helpful for reducing the weight. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300ml) daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk Use olive oil, rice bran oil,saffola, sunflower oil, mustard oil etc. You can take 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts daily before the < 11 am Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato,arbhi, zimikand etc. avoid fried, processed, packaged, processed tinned , canned products etc Avoid pickles and papad etc.
