Hello during weight lose can i replace normal roti with jawar roti??? and can i take daily at what time.. diner or lunch??

Good evening Yes u can,  but its better if u can keep changing your atta so that body can't be get used to of it. Try to add bran in your diet as well. Make sure u also taking protein inur diet. Avoid late night dinner.
