See wisdom teeth can bring about few problems when they don't erupt completely or are partially covered with gums or skin,  and sometimes due to food lodgement under this gum or skin a condition arises known as PERICORONITIS..  this is a periodical problem and the third most commonest emergency in a dental clinic..  It can be treated by either removal of the wisdom tooth or removal of the gum or skin covering it by LASER. by laser it will be done very easily and bloodlessly
Next Steps
Next you can get the jaw joint assessment of the effected side, as you complain of jaw locking
Health Tips
Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses, or do hot fomentations on the effected side and take a muscle relaxant like mobizox

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give you only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. its better to get the wisdom tooth removed. let the dentist decide what is good for you. Regarding your front tooth, you can go for smile designing treatment. ask your dentist about it.

Hello Mam, You need to get the wisdom tooth removed ASAP.Secondly you must get the broken tooth rebuild to its original size by a good cosmetic tooth coloured build-up,rather than trimming the adjacent tooth,as trimming will damage your Enamel resulting in severe tooth sensitivity.Regards,Dr Sumanmakam, dental arts, jayanagar,Bangalore.

Reducing the size of your teeth may not relieve you of your jaw locking problem. It could be related to your looked wisdom tooth . Or some problem with the jaw joint itself. So get x ray for wisdom tooth and jaw joint done and consult a Maxilo facial surgeon .
Next Steps
till you meet the dentist you can try hot trowel compress only on your jaw joints . and take some pain killer .
Health Tips
avoid taking large bites so your jaw won't open too big. eat soft food until some definit treatment is done . meet dentist as soon as  possible ,

Hi, regarding the wisdom tooth and the jaw problem it would be better if you could get an opg x-ray done which would give us a clear picture about your problem and also help us in our diagnosis, so that v can give you the best treatment option....and regarding the trimming of all teeth, I would suggest treatment and building up the broken down tooth rather than trim all good teeth...
Next Steps
Please do visit your dentist with an opg x-ray, so that all your problems can be taken care of
