Irregular and Unusual Bowel Movement
I've been noticing changes in my bowel movements. Despite a regular food intake, I'm not eliminating a significant amount of stool. Bowel movements aren't daily, and when they occur, the quantity is minimal. Even, I can feel that it's not entirely clear.
Please Note - Stool is NOT HARD to eliminate like most of the constipated patients have. Its structure is soft and normal. Just the quantity is minimal and also the bowel movement is irregular.
What should I do? Any medication? Or any dietary changes?
