Hi dr i had delivery before 10 months and my weight is increasing so much after taking mirtazpine 7.5mg now i am going gym for 1hr daily for past 10 days can i be on intermittent fasting 14:10 along with this? I stopped feeding pls help

Hello.. Firstly if your sugar levels are normal then you can try intermittent fasting along with proper calorie deficit and track what you eat in your eating window including protein in each meal to preserve muscle. Secondly,  if your baby has a consistent night sleep time and you are able to get ample sleep then intermittent will work for you but if you wake up several times and inappropriate sleep then I would suggest you to go for normal weight loss diet because if sleep is not adequete then you will have late night snacking leading you munching. Avoid emotional eating as it's a postpartum phase. For mental well being counselling and dietary advice you can book a consultation.
