I wanted to know what is better for a person with Hypothyroid who is trying to loose weight- intermittent fasting or 6 small meals?

Due to thyroid small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc. For Maintain ur thyroxine level u should not be fasting
