I want to reduce weight naturally

I want to reduce weight to have healthy body and not prone to other problems due to over-weight.I want this to be achieved gradually in  natural ways like diet that suits my body type and excercise under experts guidance and not through any fast medicines like weight loss tablets and liquids. As I wish to concieve now would like to reduce weight before conceiving and I don't want to consume any medicine for this.

U need not consume any medicine intake a planned diet only. Eat plenty of veg fruits and greengram sprouts in every meal. Eat papaya gauva almonds,walnuts,figs raisins,currants,banana. Drink enough water,buttermilk.everyday. Walk exercise yoga for two hrs everyday Substitute rice,wheat with millets. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night. Avoid fastfood bakeryfoods,preserved foods,oilyspicy foods ,nonveg.
