I am female and my age is 29.. I am very lean.. I have asthama since my childhood.. I am using inhelers from 2 years, but I am not using regularly,just weekly once I am using.. No other medications and no other problems.. I want to increase my weight with good diet.. My weight is 52kg & my height is 5'7".. I am not feeling hungry most of the times.. Can you please suggest me good diet..

Use of inhaler depends upon the extent of Asthma. In rainy season use more frequently. Since it is since childhood, you must have got the experience. Regarding weight gain, take some small meals approximately 3-4 hrs after major meals. It is not a. Good idea to intentionally increase the weight when everyone wishes to reduce it. Improving fitness is more important than increasing weight
You have to include good and healthy fats and proteins in diet.Restrict on simple sugars as they may agrevate asthama.
Include foods along with good exercise regimen.
