Is it safe to take dilnip 10 tablet for hypertension ? Does this tablet effect kidneys? I worried about it

Yes for hypertension it can be used. But it may cause swelling of legs. So better change it and it depends on BP. Consult with me online for better management.

Cilnidipine increases renal and vascular blood flow by vasodilation as its a novel calcium channel blocker.
