Hi hope you must have taken your calcium & multivitamin supplements for about a year . Now that your baby is 1.5yrs old hope he has weaned from your milk ensure to add in more greens veggies, raw & cooked along with whole grains & pulses also with eggs , paneer & tofu so that there isn’t any weakness and you will feel more energetic if you maintain a regular eating and sleeping schedule
Next Steps
Probably check on your sleep cycle if you are able to sleep 1 hour prior to 12 midnight then it would be highly highly recommended to do so ASAP
Health Tips
CCM is a great supplement but not a good recommendation for a long term usage as only 30% of the supplements are absorbed so hence foods bioavailability is way better that way

For any supplement ask to your Physician. Don't take blindly. For skin and hair drink plenty of water. Eat good quality protein diet with vitamins and minerals.
