Being vegitarian what food I can have to increase hb level  . My hb level is 11 now. please guide me

You can take this juice 2 or 3 times in a week. Half beatroot+ 1 carrot+ 2 amla + one orange.

Hb level 11 being a female( undergoing periods)is not need to concern You should take beetroot juice weekly 3 times Include dates, spinach, leafy vegetables in your diet daily

If low haemoglobin is due to iron deficiency in diet then naturally you must eat more green vegetables like spinach etc, pomegranate, raisins, datepalm etc... BUT if diet etc are proper but still low haemoglobin then your gut and liver needs some treatment so that it can effectively produce haemoglobin
