Diet and lifestyle advice to improve sperm production: Quit alcohol and smoking Quit coffee or tea. Or at least limit it to just one cup per day. Exercise Eat more of pomegranate, black gram (dosa, vada etc),  Egg, Dates, Almond, Dry grapes, Drum stick vegetable, garlic, Aloe Vera Juice, If you are okay with milk, put two saffron strands into half a cup of milk and drink it in evening. milk with dates+almonds+saffron+coconut-powder+cardamom-powder

Good habits such as early to bed early to rise Balanced normal diet. Include all types of vegetables  round the week. Avoid junk food. Fresh water  fish is more healthier than sea fish. Avoid shelled items. Always control in excess of chicken.etc are hot potency Stick to duck, goat meat. Quantity of food intake must be checked. 1/3- food, 1/3- water, 1/3 empty method. Adequate amount of water is needed to purify blood and washout impurities. Even if these criterias, give time to your partner. Female partner always seek more loyalty towards them than male partner. Please see that sex never come a matter of fact of quarrels. Do not blame sexually publicly Both are responsible for a family welfare. Blaming each one another spoils your own family. Always solve within you two. Do not involve a third person upto a limit. Have a good married life.
