I have high Triglycerides. I want to know what diet should I eat and what foods to avoid. Same with fruits

Need more information abt u like height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Due to high triglycerides avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid table salt,oil should be in ur diet as mix form like 1kg sunflower oil and 1kg corn oil. Change oil every 3months. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water.

Stop alcohol at all costs.Take fibre rich foods and whole grains .Avoid all kinds of  fried and processed foods. Regular exercises of atleast 30 mins/day is necessary.
