Eating multigrain atta and oats in the morning with toned milk running 2 times in days, completing 14000 steps 12 km every day ..and zyming 1 hours .Sir, taking bluebeery  carranberries.strawberriee.gojiberries in dry fruit in garnishing on oats with honey. Taking half bowl cup mixed fruits papaya. Apple .pomegranate .watermelon. carrot. Beetroot.
