As you can see the mentioned fats amount is high enough. Instead you can go for protein biscuits like threptin. It will be better if you eat natural plant proteins after workout. Can reach out to me for proper diet plan.

Hello Greetings from Dietetitian Souvik Chakraborty, The biscuit you have mentioned is totally a processed product having harmful Palm oil & Malts are full of gluten . Some of the food are looking very healthy or are sounds very healthy like brown bread but actually they are just the opposit . You can take a specified diet plan to get the best suited food regimes for yourself. Adter walk you shuld have mineral & protein rich food for quick recovery of muscle damage or tear which is commonest in our daily exercise. All the best. Palm oil has a lot of saturated fat and is not good for health Instead of having biscuits include some healthy and high nutritional value like Makhana or chana or murmura or sprouts. Avoid having any refined products because more the processing lesser is the nutritional value!!
