Health anxiety is only because of the incidents we read on news and also from near and dears and we cannot deny the fact that we get effected somewhere. Some people get more effective like you are and some do not give that much importance. Therapies will help

Firstly times are difficult so every one is concerned about health now and every one looks up Google and tries to self medicate .. don't do it. Secondly you are fine keep saying that to yourself and let a professional tell you if you have a problem Thirdly do counseling
