From last 3 week Ears both sound come when I take breath inside Head and eyes heaviness Head corner pain mild Head scalp mild pain & heaviness No fever Neck both side mild pain I work in filed area daily drive bike 6 hours plus Please help me what to do?? Plzzz

did you happen to have sinusitis earlier? it can cause such headaches, tinnitus etc etc... hope you are drinking adequate water. dehydration can also cause head heaviness and headache. if you are feeling better or asymptomatic on the days when u dont work means, it could be due to driving bike for such long duration. also consider cervical spondylosis causing headaches. meet a neurologist for proper evaluation
