Having heel pain

From past 45 days I'm suffering from heel pain.. as I used to walk 6km in 1hr to reduce my weight.. then gave 15 days break for walking.. when I started again walking..this heel pain started and its worse when i sit for some time and get up then can't even walk 2 steps properly.. pls help me

You may try the following for 2 days. 1.cold pack for 5 min thrice daily 2.elevate your feet while sitting 3.take an anti inflammatory drug unless contraindicated
