Check serum B12 level. Vegetarians usually have b12 on the lower side. Try adding b12 enriched food in your diet. Would suggest dairy products like cheese, yogurt. Cereals, dryfruits like cashews, pumpkin seeds etc.. Kindly consult a physician if the symptoms persist or worsen. Good luck 👍
Next Steps
b12 level and diet modification
Health Tips
monitor other symptoms also.

Burning or tingling sensations in the hands can sometimes indicate a deficiency in vitamins like B12, especially in vegetarians, as they may lack sufficient dietary sources of this vitamin. A deficiency in B12 can lead to peripheral neuropathy, which can cause symptoms like tingling or burning sensations. It is recommended to get a blood test to check vitamin B12 levels and, if needed, consider supplementation. Additionally, ensure that your electrolyte levels, including calcium, are normal, as imbalances can sometimes contribute to such symptoms. Incorporating vitamin-rich foods such as dairy, leafy greens, and fortified foods might help. However, the exact cause needs a detailed evaluation. For a more personalized assessment and treatment plan, feel free to consult me directly or reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
