It is not one day therapy or one month therapy if you have underlying problem as well need to do proper assessment and diagnosis .if you want permanent results. Better if you visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for treatment .there can be postural issue muscle strain or nerve compression need to evaluate the problem.
At home it will good if you apply hot water bag for three times a day 10 min-15min.everyday

try not stand immediately or change one position to other immediately. try to do exercises and hot water bag regularly .pain will be there but try to figure it out what your are doing when it start coming.try to avoid those things.avoid jurky movement.
