Hello can I take green coffee during breastfeeding my son is 1 year old and still i m feeding and I want to loss my weight so can you please help me by suggesting can I take green coffe or not???

Yes you can have green coffee. But for weight loss take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. Drink water 16glasses daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Early dinner before 6pm Eat less and exercise more.
