Good Nutrition - Must have foods in diet

I have been training at the gym regularly for past 6 months. Have lost good weight and currently am at my ideal body weight. Need to know what 'foods' should I compulsorily include in my diet plan for full nutrition + high protein intake. I eat non-veg as well. if you can help me list down the must have foods, I can accordingly incorporate the same in my diet. Also if you want to suggest any other good habits like drinking a glass of water after you wake up to jump start metabolism. Lastly, do you recommend supplements like whey protein and creatinine. My gym trainer had recommended this and I have been taking it everyday for the past few months now.

You need to take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean etc.in your everyday diet.please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

For maintaining ur weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Don't take any supplements for any purpose take natural food.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Include all food groups in your diet. Have everything in moderation. Try to include different sources of protein in all your meals eg. Healthy food habits include taking small meals at regular intervals, including fresh n raw fruits/vegetables in each meal, avoiding all kinds of processed, packaged and refined foods. Keep doing your exercise routine.Also vary your form of exercises to strengthen your body and improve your stamina.Adequate sleep and mental relaxation should also be done on daily basis.
