A normal ECG and echo are reassuring, but your episodes of sudden rapid heartbeat with breathlessness and lightheadedness still need careful evaluation. Such symptoms may come from intermittent arrhythmias, thyroid imbalance, anemia, or even anxiety, and they don’t always show up on a routine ECG.
Next Steps
Get a thyroid profile, CBC, and consider a 24-hour Holter monitoring or event recorder to capture the rhythm during episodes. Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol, and dehydration meanwhile. If you develop chest pain, fainting, or severe breathlessness, seek emergency care immediately. For tailored evaluation and management, book a consult on Practo so I can review your reports and guide next investigations.
