Heart rate and bp
Does heart rate and blood pressure increases due to gastritis. I feel dizzy and very weak since 1 month. My heart rate and bp increases all of sudden and I get dehydrated very soon. Please help me in understanding the issue that I am facing.

It can be. But heart related problems need to be ruled out.
Also whether antacids help.
