I am having a gastric problem
I am 25 years old ,having a gastric issue from 2 days. having a symptoms like rapid blench, and flatulence or gas, sometimes it's like burning sensation in ups n downs of heart and ribs.
I had a tablet pantop and syrup mucaine gel. Soo kindly tell me what further I have to do.
