Home remedy can give u comfort for short period but for complete cure u have to take proper treatment .there r many reasons of it that we can find out after ur proper history .well for short period u can take heeng ,ajwain n kala namak together with Luke worm water .have 2 tsp of sauf in one liter of water n boil that n have it .stop taking oily spicy food ,milk tea n coffee. Have plenty of fruits n salad .chew food properly. Take small meals after every 2 hr .do some yog n pranayam bcoz stress also enhance gastritis

Start with alovera n amla juice empty stomach. Yogasans like pawanmuktasan,mandukasan will help. Coconut water, pomengranate are very good. Take 1 tsp triphla while sleeping with lukewarm water. Avipattikar churn 1tsp empty stomach twice
