Sir ,couples of months year when i was playing badminton it give a pain in my shoulder .After it ,it pain get started more and i am unable to move my hand due to lock shoulder.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.

U need to take moist hot pack for 15 min over shoulder if there is no inflammation at present. Also do shoulder Range of Motion exercises. If the pain is not under control, pls consult a good orthopedic doctor or a skilled physiotherapist.
