Front thigh side pain

Dear Doctor i have front side thigh pain also,tingling and calf pain also when i stand or walk after ,5 minutes, my mri show l4-5 disc diffuse bulge right side ,firstly my pain was started on back of thigh ,but now i am exprenecid pain and heavyness on front side of thigh ...why doctor ,i have mri report also... only paining at the time of standing and walking report also attached

Hello The symptoms you are having are part of disc bulge issues. So first don't worry it will take some time but it will go just keep taking precautions. Your pain and heaviness on your legs is due to disc bulge at different levels.  You should consult a Physiotherapist in person for treatment. You should take Intermittent Pelvic traction and Interferential therapy for 10 sessions with minimal weight. Then you have to continue with back strengthening and stretching exercises.
