Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Frequent colds, cough, teary eyes, sneezing, and headaches recurring every two weeks since January could indicate a few potential issues. While it might be a series of recurrent infections, it could also be related to allergies or a weakened immune system. The chronicity of your symptoms is indeed concerning and warrants a thorough evaluation. I strongly recommend that you schedule a consultation with me for a detailed assessment. We can perform specific tests to determine if you have any underlying allergies or other conditions that might be contributing to your symptoms. Based on the findings, we can develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address the root cause and prevent further recurrences. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule an appointment or discuss your symptoms further.

For frequent colds, try home remedies like drinking warm liquids like tea or broth, inhaling steam from a bowl of hot water or a steam humidifier, consuming immune-boosting foods like citrus fruits, ginger, and garlic, taking honey to soothe the throat, and getting plenty of rest to help your body fight off the infection.

Your symptoms suggest a possible underlying allergic condition, such as allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis, rather than just recurrent viral infections. Since the medications provide only temporary relief and the symptoms keep returning, it’s important to identify the trigger—dust, pollen, weather changes, or any specific allergens. What You Can Do: Avoid triggers – Keep your surroundings dust-free and avoid allergens. Use a saline nasal rinse – This can help clear nasal congestion. Take an antihistamine – Over-the-counter antihistamines like cetirizine. Steam inhalation – Helps clear nasal passages and relieve symptoms.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist despite medications, If there is persistent nasal congestion, thick mucus, or sinus pressure, indicating sinusitis, If you experience wheezing or breathing difficulty, which could suggest an underlying condition like asthma. Since this has been ongoing for over two months, I strongly recommend consulting a doctor for a proper allergy test or sinus examination. Doctor can provide a long-term solution rather than just temporary relief. WhatsApp Nine four one zero six nine four three four three.

Not worrisome but you may need to get your allergy levels tested and if it's high you have to identify which is the specific allergen which is causing it and then take it forward. I think only seasonsal medications are okay. You don't have to take continuous medications. But the primary treatment is avoiding triggers, for which we will have identify the trigger.
