Sir as per your few details, avoid all outside & junk & take as many home made meals as possible. Minimize the use of
sugar n salt with transfats & saturated fats. Go natural.
Apart from the Dietary changes adopt some healthy & easy lifestyle modifications without which diets don't work on their own.
