For good sleep which tablet should i take? Dhootpapehswar gold or patanjali medha vati extra power, which is best? And when and how much to take. Thank you.

Go for medha vati it has very good result. Take 2 tablet once in a day for 3 months :- take one teaspoon of badam rogan oil with warm  milk before sleep. You can use badam rogan oil as nasal drop before sleep ( 2,3 drops) Take it for 2 month See result yourself

For a good sleep you can have tablet Tagara ( himalaya ) 1-0-2 one after breakfast and two after dinner with lukewarm water / milk Also you try yognidra pranayama that helps relieve thought traffic in our mind and helps to have a sound sleep
