Good Morning Doctors, My mother slipped in rain and she is suffering from foot sprain and she is unable to walk what should I do so that she could have some relief.

1. Apply a bandage around the foot and ankle. 2. Go for xrays. 3. Take paracetamol for pain. 4. Keep a pillow under the foot

Get an X-ray to rule out fracture. Till then. Apply Ice packs, pain relief spray and crepe bandage over the affected foot and ankle. She can take paracetamol for pain.
