My son twisted his right foot and the portion between toe and the ankle on top side of foot swelled.
We applied ice pack but the swelling is still there.
What else should we do ?
He doesn't has that much of pain only while walking a light pain is there but he is able to walk.

He may have more pain walking as thats a weight bearing posture.
