Hello, I am a pain specialist.
If the swelling is gone and the pain is not much now, it doesn't appear to be a fracture. But if the pain is still too much, you should get an x ray done to rule out fracture.
If fracture is not there, you should just give it some rest for another week. Meanwhile you can use a pain killer and some cold compress.
After one week, if the pain is still there, but reducing, you should wait some more.
But if the pain is not reducing, or increasing, we can try a simple injection in the affected area to give very good relief
