You have not mentioned the type of fatty liver disease. Alcoholic or non alcoholic liver disease
Start with these first
- Stop alcohol intake
- Reduce daily calories intake
- Reduce carbs intake
- Stop eating junk food
In case of non alcoholic fatty liver disease these goals have to be accomplished
- Lose weight
- Reduce belly fat
- Manage stress
- Exercise 45 minutes a day 6 days / week
Next Steps
AVOID of refined carbs (maida, white rice, white
sugar) in all form
AVOID packed and processed food
AVOID saturated fat e.g red meat, butter, cheese, cream, whole milk etc
SWITCH to cold pressed coconut oil

- Increase fibre intake of your diet
- Add lots of veggies and salads to your diet
-Increase protein intake in form of Dal's/ lentils/ pulses/ sprouts
- REDUCE oil / fat intake
